We're confident that our fine costume jewelry will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. However, if you aren't completely satisfied, we're pleased to offer a thirty (30) day return policy on all purchases.

You can return unsatisfactory items to us within thirty (30) days of the shipping date for the full purchase price, minus shipping and handling fees.

Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be refunded or exchanged.
Please include the item's proper documentation and return it in its original box for a full refund of the purchase price. (Shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable.)

Special order items may only be returned within 5 business days of receiving your order.
Please inspect your products carefully upon receipt and contact a representative immediately at info@justviva.com should you have any questions or need to return or exchange the item. In order to be accepted package must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt. Make sure to send by trackable/insured mail. Special order items may not be returned after 5 business days of receipt.

Please note that the 30 Day Guarantee policy does not apply to Final Sale items.
Final Sale items can only be returned due to demonstrable error or mistake on the part of JustViva.com.

Inventory
Many of our products are seasonal and may only be manufactured once and are subject to change without notice. When they sell out we may or may not manufacture more. The majority of items in our clearance section are discontinued and we may run out of stock at any given time. In the event that inventory levels were incorrect and you pay for an item that is out of stock we will refund your payment.
